We often feel judged by the people and the world around us. I adhere to the philosophy that in a nonjudgmental environment, we can safely explore ourselves and better understand our relationships with others. This exploration evokes awareness – the first step towards change.

I provide a safe, warm, and supportive space for my clients. Through collaboration between therapist and client, we examine self-esteem, depression, anxiety, communication skills, and life’s most challenging issues.
